I am philbertman42, a Minecraft skin tailor who has been creating skins since 2014 (though, I'd say they've only been good since 2023). I've made a hobby out of creating and publishing skins for others on skin sharing platforms (such as Planet Minecraft and Skindex).

My primary style for skinmaking is a detailed, almost painterly look, though I am also proficient with simplistic, "plastic-y" looking skins (similar to HiveMC's signature style).
