♡ Medibang Paint - My drawing program, pretty beginner-friendly!
☆ Canva - Good for layering images and has some free assets!
☆ Photopea - Basically free and in-browser photoshop!
♡ Ezgif - Good for gif making, resizing, overlays, and more!
☆ Red Ketchup - An alternative to the above, I use it most for resizing!
☆ FreeConvert - WEBP to GIF with less of a size increase than Ezgif!
☆ OnlineGIFTools - Good for adding background colors to gifs!
♡ Manual Blinkies Tutorial - Extremely helpful tutorial!!!
♡ Canva Template - I use Canva for most of my blinkies, and I made this to copy!
